Advantages of Pre-Paid Program

  • Downside protection
    • 25 cents per gallon, non-refundable.  If the oil drops below the prepaid price, this allows you to receive the lower price.

If you do not use the total gallons purchased and the program closes, the extra will convert to a credit on account for PRODUCT ONLY.  Any deliveries after the program closes will be charged at the current cash price of the day.                         

Any oil deliveries in excess of this estimate will be billed at our posted price of the day.
All oil to be delivered from September 1, 2009 to April 30, 2010

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THIS OFFER AT ANY TIME.
Seller's obligation to perform under this agreement is subject to any law, regulation, ruling or executive order of any Federal, State or local Government, or Government agency, that may regulate the sale, distribution or pricing of fuel oil or may regulate the terms of this agreement.  Seller's obligation to perform is further subject to any interruption of supply due to any cause, including natural disaster, embargo or other events beyond control of the seller.

Budget Payment Program

If not doing prepay, NOW is the time to join our budget payment program if you have not already done so because of the peace of mind you’ll have of paying your monthly budget payment only, and not for your oil deliveries as you receive them (ensuring uninterrupted service).

NEW CREDIT TERMS

IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE TO PREBUY, please be aware we’ve had to change our credit terms. The consequences of increased fuel oil pricing has caused our company to change our credit terms to require payment in full 10 days from delivery.  If you cannot pay for your oil within this time frame, you will not be brought another delivery.  We have institued these measures because we have the same requirements from the companies we purchase our oil from.
